Weigh Day

After a late start this morning and getting all the clothes and everything else ready for our trip to Tulsa, OK tomorrow and then on to Gun Barrel City, TX for a yard sale, I went to Weight Watchers.  Lo and behold I lost 3.6 pounds which is really good for me as I have not weighed since March 31 in Texas.  That is a good incentive so now maybe I can stick with it.  We will be going to an IEEE meeting over the weekend and then drive to Gun Barrel where we will meet Mary Ann and Larry and hopefully sell some stuff out of the folk's house and maybe they can get that house sold!
