On the spur of the moment we decided to go to Mountain View, AR and visit with Jan and Steve.  Mountain View is an interesting little community that has bluegrass players on the courthouse law and in the city square.  We ate at a Mexican restaurant and then went to Annie's Corner for ice cream and to listen to the music.  We stayed at a little local motel which left a lot to be desired but was clean and since we were only going to be in it for a short time it was suitable.
