We went to Padre Island with Jan and Steve for Sand Castle Days. Unfortunately the red tide was still there so we coughed and hacked our way around the sand sculptures until we finally had to leave the area. As soon as we got away from the beach everything cleared up again. We stopped at our little favorite bay side watering hole and had something to drink and shared a plate of boiled shrimp. After the shrimp and booze we stopped at Daddy's and had dinner. I always get the shrimp salad and it is so huge but so very good.
